"Came here to get Vaccinated, made the appointment 2 weeks prior to coming. I received a confirmation via email, however deleted the email since I had taken a screenshot. Came in today for the appointment, the tech couldn't find my appointment and instead of offering to reschedule. She spoke to me as if I was retarded and did not understand what a confirmation was. I reassured her that I did know and she continued to talk to me as if I was a child. Please step up your customer service, I understand that technical issues happens, but belittling me in front of 4 other customers is not the way to handle it."
