"Christina and Haley are two amazing Individuals. They have kept open lines of communication before, during, and after my two dogs, Winston and Hawthorne, board & train. I have heard so many amazing things about the work they do and being able to witness it first hand with my dogs was invaluable! There was absolutely no judgement or feelings of being looked at a certain way as a dog owner, as their primary goal is what is best for you and your dog. I had specific issues and behaviors that I was not able to fix myself and they really laid the foundation and have set me up for success in obedience training with them. They made sure I had all the tools and resources I needed and that when it was time for turnover, I was comfortable in my abilities as a handler. Not only has this strengthened the bond between me and my dogs, it has made training fun for all of us! They are so excited to work which has made the experience so much more enjoyable on all ends. It is very clear to see that they love what they do and it is important to them, and not just a way to make money. They have been incredibly responsive and understanding, and have been willing to work with me to further improve my handler skills and their obedience. There is no more pulling when we walk, they listen to commands full when I give them, and have a lot more neutrality in social situations when before they would pay attention to anything but me. I truly cannot thank and recommend SouthlandK9 enough and I am so excited to continue to work with this team!"

"I don’t even really have the words…Christina is NOTHING short of amazing! I’m forever grateful to her for showing us the right way to talk to a dog! We have a bully mix that is extremely powerful, drug me across the yard a few times, 3 weeks of the board and train and my life has changed!! I’m no longer anxious or yelling at my dog, there no more pulling on walks, he’s a changed man! I would spend every last cent I had to do this! Worth every dime."

"After adopting a dog that had not been socialized with people or animals and displayed aggression we determined the need for professional help and chose Southland K9. Kristine has worked wonders with our dog and helping us to learn how to effectively manage his issues. He stayed with them for several weeks and was a new dog when he came back. The follow-up training sessions for us have been extremely helpful, correcting OUR training with Duke. He is now a happy, less anxious dog that no longer demonstrates aggression. If I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely worth every penny. Thank you for making Dukes adoption a success!"

"We left our puppy Nico there for two weeks and we are very happy with what he’s able to do thanks to the trainers here! Our trainer was incredibly responsive and gave us frequent updates the entire time with cool videos and photos. The turnover session was seamless and very helpful, and the refreshers are something we are excited to take advantage of while Nico’s still a puppy."
