"*Edit* moving it down to 1 star. It has been 2 weeks and the awful smell is not gone from our luggage and things, despite numerous washing, fabreezing, etc. May have to throw out the bag. The room was nice and clean. But smelled like the whole room had been dowsed in fabreeze or something similar. It was so overpowering all night I couldn't sleep. The hotel was fully booked that night, or I'd have asked for a different room."

"Excellent hotel. Clean and friendly. Breakfast, ok ... not as good as some other recently visited Holiday Inn Express. No milk. Cold biscuits."

"Caution Do Not Stay Here! Deadly Black Mold all over the wall near the AC unit. 10 years in the property preservation industry I believe the Deadly Black Mold is all inside the wall as well and has been coverd up and showing through the paint. During my stay I fell Sick with a terrible Sore Throat I believe is Caused By Black Mold in the Walls. The front desk lady was Very Inconvenienced by us asking to get a new clean room that we have to stay in for the next week. They had to give us a clean room. After that the next day Both of the room key cards stopped working. When we went down to ask for them to reset them the front desk lady was Very RUDE! We are a Dimond Elite Member and I have never had a poor experience like this nor have I had to give a poor review like this. I love IGH but this one is a big pass! We even tried to get our room upgraded to a Suite but they were unavailable even tho very few people were actually staying here. Good Luck to who ever decides to stay here. Have a great time somewhere else."

"I heard great things about this hotel and was so excited to hopefully book a hotel block for my wedding here. After three different emails and numerous phone calls over a span of 2 weeks trying to reach someone to get information (and after being told they'd reach out to me within 24 hours), I heard nothing. Today I called to check back in again and after being hung up on, the manager spoke to me and was extremely rude. I am very disappointed but will happily book my guests somewhere else with better hospitality. Would not recommend."

"Walked in and was treated as tho I had interrupted the clerks evening. No greeting, clerk asked curtly for reservation number, forcefully stated no smoking No pets. Grudgingly took my IHG number and unbent slightly. But when I'm spending $100 /nt on a room, courtesy goes a long way. And there are alot of other places with friendly staff."
