"Tracy is literally the absolute best human and groomer. Thus was my pup’s first time and she was a little nervous. She came out just as happy as she could be and so clean and smelling amazing. He took the time to educate me on tools for her breed between grooms and told me all about her likes and dislikes while in his care. She had an accident when I picked her up and he just cleaned it without thought. She had another just outside the door in the store and I turned to get paper towels from him and he was already on it and did the cleaning. He just really exceeded my expectations. So much, I booked our next appointment. I will recommend him in local dog groups."
