"If we couldn’t fix our appliance that needed fixing at the time? We always call Techtronics! They have repaired our dishwashers, refrigerators, mostly lately our ice makers in our Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator. It’s about 9 years old and has 2 ice makers in it. Had to replace the top one not to long after we got it and had it worked on a few times, now the bottom one just quit working out of the blue? So we just replaced it and worked on the top one at the same time. We bought a counter top ice maker to use until the parts came in and got fixed. They are both working just fine now and am very happy to have them back! We wouldn’t use any other company but Techtronics! Thank you for great service!"

"This is the second time dealing with Techtronics. They were the preferred maintenance/repair on my warranty. Lowes set up the appointment and on that repair date nobody showed up. I called Lowes the next day and they gave me a different company. The very next day Techtronics called and wanted to set up a date. I informed them the date was yesterday and I already have another company doing the work."

"I had used this company in the past for refrigeration repair and I had a great experience so I decided to call again when in need of a stove repair. I was informed they would call me prior to my appointment to set up the exact time frame that they would come for the repair. The day before the appointment, I contacted them because the tech still had not called me with a time . I was informed that they would call the morning of my appointment with a time window in which I needed to be there. She explained that the techs do not even look at their tickets until the morning of. I have never heard if this. My time is valuable as well, and I need to set other appointments for the day. While I was willing to wait the day before to set up the rest if my day, and be there within a time window of 4 hours or so, I cannot wait until the tech decides to call me and tell me a window of a time on the day he's coming. My time is equally important and I refuse to keep my entire day free until I get a call and then have to hurry around to try and fill in the other appointments and things I need to do for the day. I asked if they could have the tech look at the schedule a day early and give me at least morning or afternoon time frame as I have a busy life as well. I was told no, that's how they do their business and I can cancel the appointment if that doesn't work for me. This is a complete disrespect to the customer and their time. I will give my business to another company that actually values and appreciates their customers."
