"I've been watching a car for over two months. Said no accidents. Got there it was in poor condition. It had been wrecked in front of the passenger side, filthy on the inside, cigarettes ash on the inside. I asked if it could be cleaned and if the scratch could be touched up. Was told I should meet their detailed people, and then I would know why it is the way it is. They didn't want to sell the car because they refused to do either request and refused to drop the price. Said they were already losing money on the car. Will never do business with a company like that."
"I needed help on my Ford F150 Platinum after a nasty hailstorm on January 12, 2023. Mark Piatt, Body Shop Manager, coordinated the Paintless Dent Removal process on my battered truck. This was a big job entailing removal of my double sunroof, hood, headliner and other components to achieve a good result. My truck was in Mark's shop only TWO DAYS. I highly recommend Pioneer Buick GMC Collision Center."
"Update: I had to take my car to another bodyshop and there is SO MUCH damage still that they didn't fix. Update: My car is now making a noise, and I have pieces of vehicle flying off my car. Purely reviewing the body shop area. They restored my vehicle after an accident and did such an amazing job. I thought my car was pulling after picking it up, they dropped everything to thoroughly check it out.They have excellent customer service skills! Every person there was so nice! My son enjoyed the added touch of the fish in the office area for while we did business. My car looks and drives great."
