"Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I was waiting for a couple minutes no problem, I saw a worker come up to help the tech already inside the gate, instead of being a civil human being. The worker yelled “EXCUSE ME IM TRYING TO OPEN THE GATE” I was standing directly in front of the pharmacy and she yelled in my face and walked past me like I was non existent. I did not get a name because I was baffled that someone at a job would treat a customer with such disregard. I do not appreciate being stepped in front of and yelled in my face. She then continued to say my prescription wouldn’t be ready for another two hours after I had waited two hours specifically to come in. I am very displeased and honestly the store should be shut down or ran by better management who can hire people who have regard for their customers."
"Pick another pharmacy that cares about you. Apparently, if your insurance says that they “prefer” a 90 day prescription, they are required to fill it. I stop this medication in 30 days and my insurance company said I am well within my rights to only get 30 days worth. Of course it’s our fault since we picked it up even though my husband waited 30 minutes in line only to argue with a woman he could barely understand and was just ready to get out of there. These people do not care about you or your money. Go anywhere else."
"They are rude, it takes them forever to fill prescriptions. When you get there expect to wait either at the drive through or if you go inside. Forget getting someone on the phone for anything."
"Priscilla at the front desk was very helpful with getting my passport Pic taken care of today! I had a long day dealing with the passport process(not at CVS) & she got my picture done within minutes. She had a great attitude & seemed to be handling the passport pics & the front desk all by herself & she was doing a fantastic job! I don't know if she's the manager, but if not, she's needs to be!"
