"I’ve never had a bad experience at Dogs World. This is the first groomer I’ve used for my pup, Max, where he didn’t seem anxious when I picked him up. They’ve always treated him so good. I’m so grateful!"
"DO NOT take your fur babies here! My Shadow was being groomed here since I came back to Macon in January with no problems. I took him to get groomed this passed Saturday 10/7 and they claimed he didn’t like his nails being done and he was screaming, but they continued to groom him anyways instead of calling me! I picked him up and noticed his eyes have blood in both of them and they claimed it was from the stress of him getting his nails done which is a LIE! He was taken to the vet today, 10/10 and the doctor found abrasions on his eyes where his eye had been cut! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE! And do know they didn’t say anything to me when I picked him up, I had to call them twice once I got home to ask what happened which they obviously lied about. 0/10 do not recommend."
"We took our baby here for his 1st cut and unfortunately they butchered him. He has a huge bald spot under his belly that is inconsistent with the remainder of the cut. I wish I could give a good review since the lady was so sweet, but his cut was so BAD! I have several fur babies that have been taken to other groomers for their first trim and never came out this way! Back to Showtime we go! Not to mention they quoted $60 and we were charged $90. Overall very poor job!"

"I got way too overcharged for this haircut! I asked for a teddy bear cut and they butchered my poor baby. When I asked why, they said his undercoat was tight. I asked why they didn't brush him out and they said they don't brush out dogs when they get clipped!! I was charged $69 for something I could have done at home with some clippers and ZERO experience. Definitely not going back. Worst grooming experience I've had yet."
