"I don't think they should ask customers for a tip. The customer should give the tip based on the work done and only if they want to. Also the treat given to the pet should be based on the size of the pet. Overall they did a good job however based on the time of year and the weather I think they took a little too much fur off."

"I have to drive 40 mins in town to get my dogs groomed. Made an appointment, showed up on time. My dog gets car sick so I gave her a calming treat. They wouldn’t take her and said it was Petco policy. Called Petco and they said it was up to the groomer. Straight lied to me. Will not be returning. Beware. Also I have been bringing my dog there for a year. So they knew me."
