"i am genuinely shocked at the service i received over the phone today 1/23 at about 3:30, i believe she said her name was Elizabeth. Before today, I had not ONE issue with this place. The young lady whom I thought was the owner, was always very sweet to me and very customer service savvy. Today I called Because I wanted to know what precautions they were taking in terms of protecting pets from the dog virus that has been going around recently; General questions about if they were taking any special measures. I haven’t taken my dog to the groomers due to this mystery dog virus, so i wanted to bring her in for Grooming, since I hadn’t brought her. The lady had a little bit of an attitude when i asked, but I didn’t mind, she had some sort of southern South American accent, like maybe from Uruguay, or Argentina, possibly. when i asked about precautions she answered with “well that’s why you should vaccinate your dog.” FYI the fact that working at a groomers she didn’t realize what i was referring to (a quick google search would’ve helped her understand this was NOT a vaccine issue) concerned me. She was condescending and kept answering my questions with “well if you’re a client, you would know that.” Which was surprising #1 because it was unprovoked #2 unprofessional, and #3 because every time I’ve been here , everyone’s been really helpful. I genuinely thought I had called the wrong place. So i told (and genuine believed) this lady that i had probably called the wrong place because i’ve never had trouble getting my questions answered. when I called back, and it was the same person, I wanted to know if this whole time i’d been going , I had been dealing with somebody else that maybe I had mistaken for the owner, She clarified that she was an employee. So when she started being rude again, I told her I didn’t mind putting a Google review since I had never experienced This bad od service at cecis before, she told me to go right ahead. So here i am. She hung up on me. If the owner sees this, I really hope that wasn’t you that I spoke to over the phone because this is not what i had experienced previously and certainly not the way to answer questions of a concerned pet owner that was trying to inform themselves in order to BRING their business. This “employee” is awful for business."
