"HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! The owner Tanera doesn’t care about the quality of service provided nor the care of your fur babies. I was forced to pay for a grooming, a bleach and color service that I was not satisfied with for my 15yr old baby “Puppy”. It was the worst service I had ever received. Not to mention in the past this place cut my dogs ear off and acted like it was nothing. I forgave and didn’t make a big fuss although I felt like they had inexperienced staff working there at the time. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck around. I even had to take my dog to the hospital because his ear got infected. All to my expense-very traumatized experience to say the least for our family. Obviously they have grown and lost sight of treating customers with respect and don’t care how they treat your fur babies.... EXTREMELY Disgusted with the Owner as I was a long time customer who cared about the success of a neighborhood business and gave them nothing but support to be treated like we didn’t deserve the service we paid for in full to be address. She didn’t care to make it right. She made us feel like she was doing us a favor and I am a paying customer. This review is not to take business away from them it’s to make sure all fur baby owners know that they don’t care about the quality of their work and they don’t care if you are not satisfied . People should know that when trusting them to provide a service. Per the owner she will be successful with or without you as her customer. Terrible experience!! My Puppy deserves to look his best at 15 and to be respected and cared for and if I don’t speak up for him then I wouldn’t be doing my job as his protector."

"I’ve been coming here for awhile and they always do an amazing job on my dog. They’ve always told me how my dog did during the grooming sessions and they are very good about sending out appointment reminders and when it’s time to pickup. My dog smells good for weeks which is amazing for us lol. Overall this is a great place to get your dog groomed. Everyone is super friendly and always happy to see us come in. Never had any issues! Highly recommend."
