"Waiting for as of now 3+ hours to get any one from the hotel to help get into the room that has been paid for . The door isn't working that allows us to get in . We as well as two others are unable to get anyone to respond to any of the calls to the hotel as well as the security number that have posted in the office window ,no response ,only to learn there isn't any security here like posted from hours of 8 pm thru 4Am,no one!! It's cold ,I can't get to my food . Police have contacted the owner to get someone here and we are still sitting waiting outside and no one is showing up ."

"The rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. When I needed them the most they was there on time. I would not take my business no where else. Price is right for me. Never had any problems since I been here"

"It's one thing to kick a family out struggling to pay yo every week or day ! But to Steele from the family is another thing I can't believe! I was told I had 30 mins to grab wit I could and get out till I make payment then I not only are able to make payment but the full payment u still proceed to take from us ! In they storage closet they take things from plz room and take home or store it in there for they selfs ! Despite the rude behavior when u speak to ppl there I never would have thought they would stupp so low to kick out a family of 5 three small kids all under 5 in the cool but not to work with them at all was crazy 300 in fines for putting us on the top floor is ridiculous then to tell us we have to pay 79 transfer fee is wrong when it's not in the manual or rule book! Despite all that on top of kicking us out u stole from us food, lots and pans food utensils to eat out of instapot , rice cooker all my seasonings lits wild to me it feel like I was not only extorted but stole from on top of lied on God bless anyone going threw a struggle and end up there fr !"

"Well it is she cheapest extended stay in the area. There was cockroaches couldn't move any of the furniture. Couldn't have people or visitors.if u do u get a fine 50 dollars.they found a empty pack of cig by the trash can. Like so.eone thru it jumped out of the trash 50 fi e for smoking parafanialia if we're gonna smoke then it need to be put away outta sight. They had to fix the water pipes so they turned the water off not from 9 to 3 like posted but until 10 or 11 at night time then give u a fine 50 for dirty dishes in the sink..but we can't cook take a bath get a drink 50 dollar fine. Yr not sallowed.to sit on the stairs. U can be in front of ur door or u get a fi e 100.for unregistered guest. Everyone has to have a I'd or u get criminal trespassing if u don't get off property. I can keep m going but that's enough. That was rhe worst 6 months of my life the last two week I had got a 400 dollar fine and next week 500 fine. I left which was what they wanted me todo. I left on my own free will then they told my friend downstairs when I came by to visit that if she didn't wanna get kicked out then she better not have me in her room.. great place."

"Very poor service rented a room for a week and right from the beginning air conditioning didn't work and then went out and bought food and put in refrigerator on Friday night and Saturday evening when I got back refrigerator had quit working took 2 hours to get another one and they didn't replace the food that went bad and the room is full of roaches so bad that they are even in the bed. And as far as room service once a week and they just come in and take your linen and wash it and set it on the bed for you to make the bed don't recommend this place at all and management does not even have the decentce to call you."
