"We used to love this service since our puppy had a health condition which prohibited him from going to grooming places. However their recent staff addition is left much to be desired. The last grooming was so appalingly bad, our dog came with trimmer/razor bleeds all over his tummy. See the attached picture for how awful his hair cut was on the back. We had asked them to express his anal glands and a week later he had blood from his rear end. The vet said he had an infection in one of his anal glands caused by trauma. They don't want to take ownership for their mistakes which is a shame. PSA - Stay away from these folks if you care about your dogs."

"We used good dog mobile grooming for over a year. Overall Barbie is excellent to work with - our dog usually came back looking and smelling great. Our last experience (and we have discontinued working with them since) was terrible. One hour or grooming and asked for a lot more money than usual. Nobody told us it asked us beforehand - just an invoice that is 75% more than usual!!! The owner is extremely rude. Very very rude. No idea why cost would be so much higher if the time taken was the same or less. No indication given at start of groom that it would be higher. Just because the owner wants to charge more after services have been rendered - she can. Avoid!!"

My little guy is wary of new people and she was so kind and sweet and made him feel super comfortable, and he came back from the van wagging his tail and feeling so good! Will definitely be re-booking!"

"We have used this service and we’re happy with results. Today one of our Standard longhair dachshunds were shaved and not cut, probably ruining their coat. We asked for a summer trim and NOT to be shaved. The other two dogs were better when they returned, only when my husband redirected the groomer. My husband heard the groomer let our dachshunds jump from the table. I now have one limping and will probably need to take him to the vet. I was pulling in when the last dog was done and heard our last dachshund jump down in the van. The groomer who came also was not the one we reserved, but they never let us know. We paid 300 dollars for this disaster, not counting a tip. If I could give less stars I would. I would not use this company again mostly for your dogs safety."
