"We were disappointed in the fact we were quoted $34.00 for a bath and they charged us an additional $6.00 for materials fee. Why would there be a bogus charge fee added for a bath? They did not perform anything extra nor did we ask for anything extra. Looks like a way to just make extra money for no reason. Do you have an explanation or why we were not told until after we picked her up?"
