"Very rude staff. My wife went here to pick up a prescription to help with my killer sore throat. They were about to close, but she got there in time and asked for the prescription to be filled. The staff person said they could not fill it because it was "physically impossible" to fill it for her before they closed. She asked for clarification on what "physically impossible" meant, but instead of explaining, they just walked away. We did research afterwards and discovered that it could have taken them some time to fill the prescription, but they should have explained in more detail why it was "impossible" rather than just leaving it at that and walking away (my wife is very technical and has a chemical background, so she would have mostly understood their explanation). Overall, my complaint is not that they did not fill my prescription right before closing, but rather that they were rude to my wife and refused to give her any decent explanation."

"The store is gross and filthy! I have walked into this store on 2 separate occasions and each time I felt like I needed to take a shower when I got home. It was about noon both times and the isles were filled with plastic bins of products and not a single employee around acting like they are filling the shelves. The shelves were so bare that I couldn't tell if they were being restocked or product removed. The floors were filthy! The employees couldn't care less if you are there and rude. This store is sorely mis-managed."

"I recently transferred from this CVS because of its location and where I moved. Now it's rated a 2 because their staff are lovely. However, their response time is pretty abysmal, but also, they are insanely price gouging people who do not have health insurance. There is no way a medication that costs slightly more than 3 cents to purchase needs to be marked up 3233.33%. Yes I did the math, 3233.33% mark-up for a mental health prescription for a 30 day dose. I recommend supporting a company that doesn't price gouge."

"I transferred several prescriptions from another pharmacy using the app. I received a text that they were ready in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly. They had researched my new insurance policy before I arrived so I didn't have to give them the information. They were very friendly and gave me a discount coupon to shop @ Target. Excellent service."

"The person who gave me my flu shot last year was awesome. Kind, attentive, professional, and acknowledged /responded to my privacy concern. (The concern being that on prior visits to Target when I was shopping in the nearby vicinity of the pharmacy but at the farthest end of an aisle, I could hear explicit details of what staff discussed with their customers.) Tight quarters, yes, but at least a lower volume could be used. Recently I picked up a prescription, and it was about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I was definitely in plain eye view. No Hello or Someone Will be With You Shortly. No eye contact. It's like I wasn't there. Then another employee passed by me twice to enter the pharmacy area, talk with colleagues, then exited. No acknowledgement from that person either. Once the staff was ready to help, there was no signs of friendliness. I sort of get it. Tough job, all sorts of personalities to deal with, etc. But I guess I expected something more than a "kinnahelpya" once we were actually face to face. Perhaps a "Thank You for Waiting"? The bigger issue, however, was that the person kept blurting out the name of the medicine I was there to pick up. Not okay. That alone made me want to give a 1 rating. But the positive experience with the flu shot administer last year counted for something so..."
