"I found Michelle to groom our Labradoodle, Lucy after a terrifying experience at a grooming salon. We were accustomed to mobile grooming before we moved to this area, so I was thrilled to find one here. I can't say enough good things about Michelle. Not only was she our groomer, but she became our friend. We chatted each time she came to visit, shared family happenings, and she was so kind to ask about and pray for my dad before he passed away. She groomed Lucy until she became sick and too old to withstand the traditional grooming process. But, we kept in touch as she would occasionally text to ask about her. So naturally, I let her know a few months ago, right before Thanksgiving, that we had to say goodbye to our baby. We're still devastated. Well, one day near Christmas, here comes the little school bus up our driveway. It was Michelle with a special gift for us, a way to remember Lucy. I don't want to say exactly what it was because I wouldn't want to ruin the moment for anyone else that she may gift this to. But, let me tell you that it was/is THE most thoughtful gift we have EVER received. My husband and I couldn't help but cry. So, Michelle is a once in a lifetime groomer and friend. "Michelle groomed my shih tzu, Tucker, until he passed in March. Tucker wasn’t a dog that liked many, and at the end he couldn’t see well, but when he heard her voice he was start wagging his tail. She always made him look so handsome and would go the extra mile to use different shampoos for his sensitive skin. After Tucker passed, Michelle brought me a gift of his hair in a Christmas bulb, it meant so much to me and always will. Thank you Michelle for loving our Tucker and for putting up with his grumpy little butt."

"UPDATED REVIEW: After being so pleased with the groom my dog received by one of the groomers, I was disappointed to find out the owner took it upon herself to automatically put me on a 5 week schedule, which I never even signed up for. When I questioned this (after receiving the upcoming appointment email), thinking maybe it was just a computer glitch, she said she only wanted clients that will commit to this schedule. This was not in any of the information listed on the website. I planned on getting my dog groomed approximately every 8 weeks, not every 5 weeks. If you decide to go with this company, please make sure you are willing to get your dog groomed every 5 weeks or else she will try to shame you. I made it quite clear in all of my communications and reviews that I will definitely be using them for all future grooms. Therefore, it was not just a one time groom. However, that is not good enough for her. I am disappointed because we did love the groom and couldn't wait to get him groomed again in a few more weeks. However, no matter how good the groom is, its not worth it when the owner is very unprofessional. One other thing to mention is the groomer we loved is no longer with the company and they also raised their prices. They did not send out an email telling us of these changes. If I had committed to a set schedule, this would be something I would have liked to be informed about prior to my appointment being automatically booked."
