"I have taken my dogs to Krafy Kuts for grooming for a long time. First time at the new location in late October... what a nightmare. My dogs came home with fleas despite having Seresto collars. I had never had a flea issue before and was slow to catch it. THE FLEAS ARE IMMUNE TO EVERY KIND OF TREATMENT I HAVE USED!!!! And now my cats have fleas too. Kraft Kuts response was to deny responsibility. Despite the fact that my dogs have not been anywhere else to encounter fleas."
"I would definitely recommend these folks. They’re rates are the best in town! I have an 80 lbs goldendoodle who was in pretty desperate need of a grooming. His covid - cut wasn’t cutting it anymore! They worked us right in and gave us an unbelievable rate. And his haircut looked so good! Needless to say, I was impressed. Plus the staff is very friendly and they care about giving you what you want."
