"This lady is nuts! Don't waste your time. I called and made an appointment for a Wednesday morning at 9am. I dont like mornings but I got up at 7am and waited on her. She said someone had broken into her van, so she needed to do the grooming in my home. I told her that was great as it would make my dogs even more comfortable. I got up and got ready and waited and waited and waited. Finally, I called her and she said 'oh I forgot! I never forget! I'm so sorry!' I see from another review that was a lie. She rescheduled for the next day at 1pm. She called me at 12pm asking for my name and address for the 3rd time! She was scheduled to arrive at 1pm. At 1:30pm I saw a car drive slowly past my house, so I walked down to the end of the driveway to help her find the right place, I called her and she told me she tried to find my house but couldn't and now her car wasn't acting right so she wasn't going to come. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, are you seriously this unprofessional?!? She wasn't even going to call me and tell me she wasn't coming! I asked for her business name because I had forgotten it, but she wouldn't tell it to me. I told her that was fine, I would just find her by her phone number. This is all my fault. I should have been done with this lady after the 1st no call no show, but I was desperate for a groomer, but that doesn't matter. I just can't believe that I almost let that lady touch my precious baby. I just want her trimmed really good one more time before it gets too cold. It was not an emergency and I NEVER should have even considered letting that lady touch my dog!"
"Melissa is amazing. Just used her for my miniature schnauzer who has been scared of grooming. He's almost six months old and had a bad experience with another grooming place in Rome. But he took to Melissa and never tried to bite and stayed still. She took time with him and loved on him all thru the process of clipping and bathing. You can tell she loves animals Highly recommend her."
