"H&M store at lawrenceville I visited today around 5.4 PM, on 1/23/2024. I collected about 6 items which I was going to purchase. The fitting room was closed. The guy at store told me it is close because they were closing the store at 7 PM. I decided to drop most of the items I picked up except three items. As I approached the cashier, I told the lady the fitting room is close otherwise I was going to purchase more, her response was that they do not have enough staffing because there were two other employees at store. When I shared with her that the guy told me it was a closing time, she added that too with an attitude. The staff at store does not seem like they want to service their customers. They rather go around and fix other cloths, when people at store cannot even try their cloths. There was not even an apologies about either their lack of staffing or closing the fitting room 2 and half hours before actual closing. That store actual needs real training to their staff at store. Store is at 1350 scenic highway # 400. This was the first time I visited that store and it will probably be the last time."
"I’ve been there multiple times at different times and the fitting room is ALWAYS closed. How are you suppose to buy clothes without trying it on?"
"Store supposed to open at 11:00am. By 5 after 11 there was a group of about 10 outside. We started knocking and someone finally came and opened door. I spoke with manager AJ who was clueless why. There were at least 4-5 associates inside but he said they weren’t fully staffed yet. How many people do they need to open a door?"
"It’s hit or miss. The women’s selection is limited. Not too many larger sizes and not many trendy options that you can find in Atlanta or online. The kids section for boys is good."
"Fantastic selection of clothing. Store was clean and well stocked. Many different sizes for everything were available. The Store Manager Carter was available for a small concern, and went out his way to address it and take care of me as a customer. Staff had excellent customer service."
