"BEWARE!!!! Do not use these groomers! I am only giving it one star because I have to. I took my beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to them and they shaved her bald!!! She had beautiful long ears and perfect feathers and they cut it all off! She will never grow back to what she was. They ruined her coat! They then proceeded to make up lies that her ears were matted. We know that is a lie because we completely brush out our Cavaliers ears prior to grooming. On her card we wrote to never touch the ears or the tail as well as we stated it over and over again. They didn't even offer a refund. They charged us $50 to absolutely destroy our dog's coat."
