"I’ve refrained from putting a bad review sooner. However this experience takes the cake on how poorly I’ve been treated by some of the people who work there. I absolutely love shopping at Hallmark, but some of the experiences at this store in particular is upsetting. I came in purchased items, & the store had to put a couple of things on hold bc they didn’t have in at the time as promised. Time passes I end up in the hospital for 3 weeks trying to not give birth prematurely. I receive a call asking me to pick these items up, to which I explained that I will once I’m out, Pamela was wonderful & super pleasant even saying she will pray for us & make a notation. Today I receive a phone call stating they can only hold these items til tomorrow. I can’t drive for 2 more weeks, & told this person I was just out of the hospital yesterday. With an attitude she’d saying what would I like her to do? Can someone come pick them up? Rude & no compassion whatsoever, if they are my items. How is it bad omg then in any way to keep them on hold. This is all after any time I’ve gone to purchase Pandora from them, & the key holding manager is annoyed to have to actually come out & assist someone in Pandora. Overall the experience there hasn’t been warm & inviting like most other hallmarks I’ve been to & even had the pleasure of working at while I was in college. You’d think the type of store that it is, it would be more like the experience Pamela has provided to me twice. Just disappointing & added stress that at a time like this I do not appreciate or need."
