Happy Dogs Play and Stay

"MY DOG WAS NOT FED. my pet stayed here for 5 nights, with simple, WRITTEN instructions (THIS for breakfast, THIS for dinner). when i picked her up, the breakfast portions were still in her bag. i included extra treats, along with the note stating those could be given whenever. my dog was not fed breakfast, just a small milk bone for that meal some days. (she's over 55 pounds) Stacy called and kept trying to justify it by saying "like i said, your dog wasn't starving. at least she ate something." this is the part that was truly upsetting. she didn't care at all. this is unacceptable, when a simple two step meal plan cannot be followed. i don't do a raw diet, or any complex additives - just dry & wet food mixed. my dog is shy as is when comes to eating around others, which is why i made sure to pack the breakfast she loves. she ate very fast and more than usual when i picked her up. :( **In response to the owner, I did not read past "your dishonesty." Nothing was dishonest. Sad on your part."

"Really do love the facility as far as a how tired my boys were coming home after a full day of play. The only two cons were that they also came home with fleas (both have been treated preventatively for fleas monthly since 8 weeks old.) Also, the staff won’t tell you when you’re running out out of days in your package until you’re picking them up from daycare and are out of days. I was trying to use up my package and not buy more, but ended up having to pay for a day of daycare for two dogs"

"The staff are friendly and they treated Ron very well. He was happy to ho there. However, the summer prices are high to board overnight. They charge a premium in the summer and I was told only couple of days before I boarded Ron. I didn't have time to check anywhere else. But for occasional overnight boarding it is an excellent place."

"Happy Dogs Play & Stay is so wonderful. I signed up my American Brittany for daycare back in December of 2021, and the staff/setup at their facility is just awesome. They really do care about the dogs that they have come stay with them. I have yet to board my pup, but will feel totally comfortable and trusting to have him stay with HDPS should the need arise. Clearly the "Best of Forsyth" winners several years now - no surprise there! Totally deserving. :)"

"Raven was well taken care of and loved her time there. They gave me an update when i called during our 11 day trip so I felt she was doing well. It was so good for her to be around the other dogs for that extended time, she was even better behaved when we came home!"
