"Soda from the fountain machine is awful. Tasted like a moldy musty type taste. Front line service was great but kitchen was running about 20-25 minutes behind. Food was fresh and hot. Bathroom was clean."

"Jackson Dairy Queen is probably the most consistent restaurant we have in Jackson Ohio. Food is hot made to order and the owners make sure of that because they are working along side the employees. This is a family oriented restaurant. The owners will not tolerate foul language from the staff and that's great because we don't need to hear that anyway. Keep up the great work."
"Didn’t make it right had to tell them repeatedly what to put on it then this is still the outcome. A mostly liquid banana split with barely any whipped cream plus gave he a dirty spoon."
