Wendy's

"My husband and I went here for dinner tonight. We ordered a Dave’s double combo with a coke, an Asiago ranch chicken club combo with a Diet Coke, a jr bacon cheeseburger and a vanilla frosty… We received 2 cokes, the vanilla frosty, a baconator, and baconator fries… As I was looking through the bag confused the girl that brought our order out came to swap that food for the correct bags… after that we were still missing a fry so I went back in for that and to swap one of the cokes for a diet and we left.. upon further inspection turns out what we got was a regular spicy chicken sandwich with mayo no ranch, and a jr bacon cheeseburger with no burger patty… not super happy due to spending $30 and not having anything be correct except a frosty…"

"Food came out quickly and everyone we interacted with was in a good mood, but the food was so over cooked. My partners sandwich was a English muffin style and the muffin was so over toasted it was hard and fell apart so he barely ate any of it. My sandwich had fried chicken and it was way over fried. Practically burnt. Fry's were perfect though. It was a weird experience. The one time I've tried Wendy's breakfast lol."

"Stopped here on my way home to grab one of the new nacho burgers but was very let down, the sandwich was nothing but plain cheese and the burger. I also ordered a regular baconator that came without bacon and entirely too much mayo. Both sandwiches were very messily wrapped and there was also an above average wait time."

"Day time service and food is great. Apparently evening service is incapable of following orders they receive. I ordered an Asiago sandwich with out tomato and received a chicken sandwich with just a patty, lettuce, and sure enough it had tomato. Unimpressed that I spent $10 on a $5 sandwich. Probably will stick to the day time visits from here on. Update: I can't even eat the sandwich because they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. Great job Wendy's."

"UPDATE Kids really wanted Wendy's so I thought okay we will give them another chance. Well this ti.e order was correct BUT my daughter ordered a baked potato just to be told after it's handed out the window that they we out of butter and the potato was not worth eating. A baked potato is white this thing was so brown definitely over cooked or left over from yesterday. This has to be the worse restaurant in Jackson. The two girls working the windows were very rude, ordered a combo didn't get the fries which is fine because the baconator fries had so much salt kinda made ya sick eating very many. Ordered a plain lemonade got a mango flavored one. And I was only one in line so they had plenty of time to get the order correct. Do not recommend this Wendy's to anyone"
