"I ordered two chili cheese burritos. Simple right. Well you'd think. My shell was cold and the cheese was cold. Not melted. On BOTH of them. It was all shredded cheese and no chili. HORRIBLE food. And can't reach the restaurant by phone. Nobody answers."

"We got our food through the drive thru and were missing items. No big deal. We went inside and got it fixed. We left and as we are going down the road, I felt something start leaking ALL over my lap. It felt like water was pouring in my lap. Thankfully, I had a Kroger bag and put my soaked bag of food into it. When we got home I had to shower because my lap was soaked and my husband pulled the Taco Bell bag out of the Kroger bag. The bottom was so soaked that everything broke through. The tacos were not edible and soaked in, I'm assuming, grease. The burritos and nachos were fine and the fries were half full. I have never had an experience this horrible at a fast food restaurant."
