"They just took advantage of me. I told them I wanted the $55 flowers and he said okay. I didn’t ask for a balloon and he charged me anyways. I didn’t get a receipt for my purchase at all and was overcharged. I called and they were extremely rude and said oh well we delivered them already. I don’t have a receipt for my purchase or anything. Very rude and unprofessional. I told them that’s not what I ordered and they said they were going to go get them. Scammers!!!"
"I wanted to send my mom some flowers for her birthday but I live out of state. Called Gatewood's and the guy was very fast and efficient. Asked me what i wanted to spend and delivered an absolute gorgeous arrangement to my mom within the hour!! I am so pleased because they made her cry (happy tears.) They are so awesome and will be referring them to anyone for their floral needs!"
