The Westin Buckhead Atlanta

"Very upscale hotel compared to others I've stayed at in the past. I checked in in my sweat pants and a t-shirt that I got off the plane in and felt a little out of place but after realizing it was a nicer hotel and not a cheaper hotel I dressed accordingly and glad it was upscale vs a red roof inn! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! Bar staf, Palm restaurant staff and front desk staff."

"Overall: If It's In Your Budget, Book It! Had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a work conference. Seamless valet and check-in process, with the room ready early. I typically don't book hotels that make you pay for parking, but Lenox being across the street and walkable made it worth it. I Appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and a variety of water options at the front. The room's makeup mirror, pleasant-smelling lotion and shampoo, and a heavenly bed added to the experience. Conference food was delicious. However, a friend experienced issues with the room phone and front desk service. Despite this, if it fits your budget, definitely book it for an overall great experience."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Westin-Buckhead location! The newly renovated rooms were modern, clean, spacious, functional and pleasing to the eye. I didn’t have a rental car- so the 1 minute walk to all of the shops and mall were a dream come true! Super convenient location with no need to enter traffic. The staff went above and beyond to service me well my entire stay! While doing it with a smile. My favorite place to stay in Atlanta, and I will be back!"

"It appears to be nice but it’s really not. They don’t come and clean your room. No one informed us we had to call for housekeeping. You would think that’s automatic. Only one roll of tissue in the bathroom. I’m having to wait til morning to get more because we’ve run out. Other places I’ve stayed would have 2 rolls. The parking prices are RIDICULOUS! It smells like urine in the garage. I have another night here and I’m never coming back. I feel like I’ve been tricked. Like I said before, it appears to be nice at first and then you realize it’s all a fallacy. I won’t be back to this particular location."

"My friend and I stayed here for just one night and everything was absolutely amazing. The room was so clean and spacious and the staff was so welcoming, kind, and respectful especially Carlton, Maurice, and Raphael at the bar. Highly recommend this place if you wanna be treated like royalty!"
