"This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Check in and valet were perfect. Greeted with two glasses of wine at check in, rooms are perfect with the most advanced technology in a room I’ve seen. The mini bar and prices are fantastic and they provide a Nespresso machine. The best you can hope for in a hotel. I sent a chat message in the app for specific coffee pods and they were up to my room in minutes. I’m only adding a photo of the bar, but rest assured the rest of the place is 5 stars"

"Hands down the best hotel to stay at in midtown. Close parking, or you can valet. Exceptional concierge. They were sold out, but guests having to wait was kept to a minimum. Modern and luxurious. Our company was holding meetings there as well as staying there and the meeting room was professional and well decorated. It didn't feel like we were in a hotel meeting room. It had all the high-tech amenities as well as the well stocked consumables."

"Stayed for two nights over the holidays with my boyfriend, and was super impressed by this hotel and the staff! We were treated to a nice upgraded room and a bottle of Prosecco at check in, and ran into zero issues during our stay. Will definitely come back-"

"We stayed here on a complementary visit as Marriott titanium members and were upgraded as expected. While the room and property were nice, we had issues with the service and staff. We were given breakfast chits and were told that the chits could fly towards room service, and that we could simply bring them down when checking out for credit. Upon checkout, we presented the chits and were told that they could not be applied towards the bill for room service and that we’d be given double bonus points instead. In the end, these never arrived either - so we missed out on $80 in chits and 4000 bonus points. Our final bill that was emailed to us also had listed higher prices for minibar items than what were listed on the minibar. Overall, the stay was a ripoff. I would recommend other Marriott elite members avoid this particular hotel."

"This Staff knows the meaning of customer service!!!! Thank you!!! What a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. We were greeted with pleasant smiles and beautiful esthetics. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The view of the pool area was a delight. Breakfast at was a pleasure. Thai, the server was extremely attentive and kind. The chef prepared a grit waffle that was delicious…something my palette savored. We totally enjoyed our experience while staying at The Epicurean. We’ll definitely stay again!"
