"The rooms are outdated but clean, and have a living room as well as a separate bedroom. The breakfast is great with cooks making omelets for you, and the bell staff will drive you to close locations (not the airport). Also the social hour with free snacks and drinks was great!"

"Overall the stay was pretty great. We only stayed one night and took full advantage of the amenities available to us. We went to the happy hour they host and got a couple cocktails. We had dinner at the Ruth's Chris attached which was lovely with great service. The reception desk staff were all very friendly and we even got free late check out. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. I feel like the rooms and style of the hotel decor is very outdated and really should be updated/renovated. The main issue that we had during our stay was the cleanliness of the room. The fridge didn't seem to be getting cold so we slid it back to make sure it was plugged in and it was disgusting. Old candy had come out from underneath it and gotten on the floor. Then when I went to shower before dinner this was the tub. I was so disgusted and upset we had to put grocery bags down to shower on top of because it was all we could think of. You could tell this tub has never truly been scrubbed down with bleach after each guest leaves. This is the reason I can not give a 5 star rating but everything else was fine. I would stay again but they really gotta check their rooms better and clean them better."

"Nice hotel in an elegant neighborhood. For us, it was a better choice than downtown because it was quiet. Breakfast buffet on par with a luxury cruise and very friendly staff. The only thing that management seriously must do better is parking garage maintenance. Garbage cans were overfill all the time and it was simply a dirty place."

"Absolutely amazing views!! It was overall a very luxurious feeling stay and this was my first time in Atlanta. Not to mention the beyond superb service specifically from J! He went above and beyond to not only welcome us but to help up with anything we needed when it was needed on the days he worked while we stayed here. He definitely needs a raise in all aspects of the word raise!! He cracked jokes to make us feel comfortable, it felt like he was family. Again he definitely deserves a raise and I loved my stay!! 10/10 would highly recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous view! It faces Swabs, other hotels, and so many notable buildings. Breakfast is included: they have decent choices and an amicable staff helps. They have a Ruth Chris located to the left of the hotel entrance. I was quite satisfied with the food and the service. But.... this one front desk clerk that sometimes picks up the evening shift almost ruined it for me with her tone and awful manners. Thank you, Sonia, for making up for that troglodyte's reception."
