"Great stay! Very good looking facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was outstanding. Parking best rate I could find in Atlanta ($10/day) and excellent location. For what I spent, I was amazed at the level of service, accommodation, and amenities. Thank you! This will be my go-to place when I come to Atlanta."

"Everything about the place was pretty good except for the security guard. Front desk staff was helpful and made the check in process quick. Rooms were fine. No issues there. The security guard on duty both nights, however, was insane. As I pulled up to check in he was screaming at me to “hurry up! Pull up here. Now!” Great way to greet a paying guest. One morning my friend was waiting for me to come down the elevator and same security guard told him he could wait in the lobby. My friend said “that’s ok I’m just waiting for my friend to come down. Security guard said “that’s not what I told you. GO TO THE LOBBY NOW!” Also, whenever I left the building at night, he chased me down screaming, asking if I was going to the parking garage..weird and uncomfortable. As I said, everything else about the stay was just fine. But the security guard on a power trip made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Management needs to do something about that guy."

"After staying here twice, this is probably going to be my go-to hotel in the Buckhead area. While the rooms are a bit older, they're in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable and I slept really well. The free breakfast has a good selection. Parking is reasonably priced and close by."

"Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by Chasity and Clarence who were friendly,welcoming and professional. The family dynamic was clearly there among all the staff. CORPORATE if you're ŕeading give EVERYONE a raise! On ALL SHIFTS. Not some lame pizza party. I've worked gallery host at hyatt and know what it entails. Chasity blended in so well with her coworkers I was shocked to find she was also the general manager. SERVANT LEADERSHIP like this is rare and no doubt it puts her head and shoulders above the rest in any hotel brand. Look forward to coming back. Thanks yall"

"The front desk was very rude to me in front of my child! Two of the young ladies in the front lack professionalism. And when i asked for a manager, the assistant was very sweet, however all she did was justify her employees actions. I understand working in customer service can be stressful however that is not an excuse to treat your paying customers poorly. Please believe the previous reviews! I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere if you have an option."
