"New policy at this LaQuinta property. I was told that they enter each room everyday even if the Do Not Disturb sign is on the door. Not good in these days of Covid . And I also have private documents in my room when staying many nights in hotels. And I don't like staff having access to credit card numbers, etc."

"Since my review was deleted here it is again ……So when we first got to the hotel the manager I believe she was amazing. She had a wonderful attitude she knew exactly what was going on and she was sweet but her staff was a no go, the room was nasty the sheets were dirty the doors had blood on it the bathtub and the sink water didn't drain, our floor was soaking wet I guess from the air conditioning having a link we asked the staff to come clean our room each day we were there, mind you We were there for 3 nights and They never came they never brought us fresh towels or nothing we had to restock on all of the necessities ourselves, and also dump my own trash. Even though they had a cleaning service every single day they just never touched our room, even though we asked them to. Oh, and that’s not it they also left the master key which means they can open up any hotel room hanging outside of room 620 to be exact that’s not smart and I mean it stayed there all night which means anybody could’ve got into anybody’s room and took whatever they wanted or did whatever they wanted to do and That made me feel so unsafe. It’s ridiculous. They also kept my deposit this place is a ripoff for sure and I have pictures also so please feel free to contact me"

"Me and my friend stayed at this hotel at the first week of January. When we entered the hotel the receptionist rude. I didn’t let that bother me. We paid for our room. She informed us that the first elevator that was close to our room was broken. I didn’t let that bother me. Once in the elevator the elevator was dirty. After we got to our floor the whole hallway was dirty, had trash bags lined up down the hall. The halls smelled of weed carpets were dirty like they haven’t been vacuumed. When we reached our room it was a bag a trash outside the door. I thought to myself did they even clean the room how is it trash next to the door. We entered the room it just felt nasty. I left my belongings at the door sat in the computer chair to whine down from our travels. I just couldn’t shake the feel that something was off in the room. So I started to look around. I observed hair in the bed, pillows were gross and hard. The actual mattress had stains on it. No mattress cover, which can be washed and stop the mattress from staining. I’m sure housekeeping knew the conditions of this mattress it should have been thrown away and replaced. The paint on the walls were chipping and the outlet socket were not covered. I informed my friend I could not stay in these conditions for 6 days. I would not recommend this hotel or any of them ran by Wyndham. I called customer service they were absolutely no help. They basically told me the only people that could help was the front desk. I was trying to avoid the receptions based off the first interaction upon arrival. We got our belongings and went to the front desk to inform them we would not be staying there, we would be requesting a refund. She didn’t even look at the pictures I had taken as if she already knew the facility was dirty or this isn’t the first time this has happened. When I asked for the receptionist for her name (nickname was on name tag) she stated are you reporting me I didn’t do anything. This time her tone was calm and worried. As I mentioned at the beginning she was rude, but we never gave the same energy in return. Once I contacted my agent they informed me that the hotel would still charge me for the first night based off their policy. I requested a full refund it was denied. I have pictures to go along with my review/experience. Once again I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment! We booked another hotel within minutes of leaving this one."

"The room was extremely dirty, but the front desk staff and manager are very nice. I am upset that the Hispanic room attendant either threw away my large makeup bag or stole it. That’s bad business! The owners definitely need to revisit the animal policy because dog owners left stool in the hallways and the bathroom was in really bad shape. The tub fills up around your ankles while showering due to slow draining. And the room reeks of smoke, mold and mildew. I took the liberty to clean up a little just to be comfortable during the two night stay."

"Despite not being able to demand much for the low cost, my stay overall left something to be desired... My room was superficially clean but quite dusty when we looked closer. I couldn't do my laundry because the reception didn't have coins to exchange. Overall, it is a very quiet and pleasant location, easy access to public transport."
