"Here on business 5-6x a year. Rooms are clean and quiet. Huge TVs. Bar is good. But what do you expect. Plenty of places in walking distance. One of the better hotels I've stayed in. Staff is always friendly. Hassle free stay for me over the past 3yrs."

"The staff was amazing! Valet service and checking in was a smooth process and the room was very clean, loved the amenities inside the room, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast options. My one and only complaint I have is that during my research before choosing this hotel other reviews commented on the heating and cooling fans inside the room turn off and on loudly all night. Most hotels have options to just let it run continually and that is a big help to us light sleepers who prefer the white noise. I meant to pack a small noise machine to counter the fan sounds but forgot. Woke up tired, but the views and location of this facility is top notch! If we stay again, I’ll be bringing a sound machine."

"am a Hilton diamond member, and this is by far one of the best stays I have had in years. beautiful area/location with a small park next door. Quiet inside and outside the hotel. comfortable bedding, beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast, but the cherry on top is the service provided by the valet. My valet attendants were all exceptional, but I must give a huge shout out to Marcellus!!!!! He was phenomenal and such a kind hearted young man! I will return simply because they made it so easy and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Making suggestions upon arrival to make my transition seamless. Offering to unload and load Marcellus, taking initiative to get me a cart, explaining the check in process and layout of the hotel and lobby. I needed my car at least 5 times within four hours, and each time they brought my car in less than three minutes although they were extremely busy at times. At one point all I needed was to get a bag out of my car and they kindly brought me my bag instead of wasting my gas to bring down the car. Friendly and fast service! Just absolutely the best valet experience I’ve had ever!"

"First time here and surroundings was clean and upkept. There is a space to drive in to offload and to use valet (parking is very pricey; 40 a night). There is always an attendant at the door so that's good. The lobby is on the top floor while the parking deck below. Checking in was very easy. No hidden charges and the incidents was about 50 a night so remember that. The elevators and lobby area was very clean. I also liked the fact there was a dispenser you could get clean water to drink from. The carpet in hallways could use some scrubbing. The room itself was small and quaint. There was some signs that suggest some updating is needed (chips, wall scuffs, carpet appearance, etc.) Loved the bathroom and the amenities. Had some issues with the toilet however and twice someone had to come fix it, but they were very responsive when I called. Breakfast was a hit and miss. On 2 days there was sausage gravy and that was terrible. Only one day I enjoyed it and that was with the pork sausage. All the rest was the normal continental stuff with scrambled eggs. The staff was friendly and very attentive. When I needed my room cleaned, it as I wasn't leaving property and just up to breakfast it was done right away when I asked front desk. Every one seemed efficient from valet to the breakfast attendants. The area is good also, you just more so need a car to get around. There is the Marata right next door so if you know how to use the bus and train system there, it's perfect. It's close to Atlantic Station as well where there are shops and eateries. All and all, I would stay here again."

"I stayed in midtown to visit friends and family. When I checked in, I was greeted by the valet attendants, Cam and Keenan. They were super helpful and even cleaned my car windows when I checked out. The hotel rooms were cozy, and the breakfast staff was really nice. I look forward to coming back. Thank you Hampton Inn for your world class service."
