"I frequent this hotel often and I am always treated with the utmost respect. Lameeka at the front desk is a jewel. She always have that pleasant welcoming smile. She is very professional. She makes me feel like I’m at home."
"Only stayed here due to a Delta layover. Thought this would be a good op because they're close to the airport but I strongly recommend stranded flyers go anywhere else. Bus driver was rude. Person at the counter was helpful and said I could use my meal vouchers at their snack station. I came back 10 mins later to get some snacks -- that girl had left and another woman was there. I asked this woman if she could open the beer fridge and if I could use my vouchers for everything else. She told me I could NOT use my meal voucher there but that I was welcome to try (??). I tried and it didn't work. I went back to the counter to ask her to unlock the beer fridge again, at which point she said that it was now after midnight and she couldn't do it. 0/10 for customer service. Rooms were loud and didn't come with soap. If you arrive before midnight and ask the right concierge this place might sell you a beer so that's nice, theoretically."
"I wish I had taken photos. Downstairs in the lobby is really nice. The hotel rooms themselves are dated. They need some update and repairs. Our towel rack fell apart, just touching it. It was coming out of the wall. This was my first time in Atlanta, so I wasn't familiar with where I should stay. It would not be a repeat for me. The area is a little unrefined for my taste. For the quick 2 day stay, it worked. The $22 dollars a day for parking was a bit too much for me at this hotel."
"This is an amazing facility. The first thing to point out is how clean everything is. You can't even begin to get comfortable in a dirty hotel. The staff is very warm and helpful. An amazing location so near the airport. I was part of a large group and they were very accommodating for our requests. The Breakfast they serve is quite delicious as well. I can't wait to return next November."
