"We stayed here to be accessible to location for Our family 60th bday. The front desk and staff were friendly and professional. Our room was good. The ladies at breakfast(Wanna and her sister) were superb very attentive, made sure the food was hot and fresh with a smile. The night clerk Mr. Willie went above and beyond. Enjoyed my stay will stay again."

"Rooms are ok. Little worn but the real problem is the ignored black mold in plain site. Painted over it but *surprisingly*, it came back. Not bad enough to be a health risk for me personally, but definitely not acceptable. Plenty of hot water but that’s because the shower only goes from hot to scorching hot. Nothing below slight-pain-hot. The valve feels like it’s full of sand. Restaurant and bar not even open. Not what I expect from an HG. Won’t be back."

"I've stayed here 4 times. The only negative thing I can say about them is they don't have fans in the bathroom. The people that work there were absolutely pleasant and helpful. The building is clean and in the fall the grounds were beautiful. It's also next to pappadeauxs, which is a great restaurant if you stay there."

"Upon check-in, I was greeted by Mr. Willie. He was very polite and professional. My room was a suite. The living room was very dark. The only light was over the sink and a lamp on the desk. Even with the window shade open, the living room was too dark for me. It did come with a sofa and large screen television in the living room. The bedroom has a big screen as well and reading lamps attached to the headboard. The room wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I can deal with the room, It was clean. The parking lot on the other had, way too dark. No way is there enough light in that lot. No way would I want my wife in that lot after dark. Please light your parking lot a little better."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. The rooms were decently cleaned so I have no complaints about housekeeping. I made sure to strip my rooms and leave them tips. It was front desk that ruined my experience. Not only could I not reach front desk over the phone to let them know I'd be checking in late, the staff was incredibly rude and off putting. My friends and I came to Atlanta for a metal show and I felt discriminated against because of the way we were dressed. I noticed how the front desk attendants treated everyone else with respect except us. They denied us a late checkout and I swear it was because they were discriminating against us. I'm a Hilton employee, myself, and am usually treated very kindly because of such. Next, the $100 deposit was a surprise for me, having to cover that for my friends was not fun. Maybe include that on your website and stop surprising people with it. There was no water in the suite shop. First hotel I've ever been to that didn't have water for sale. Breakfast is NOT free. The hotel was without running water for around 6 hours IN THE MORNING during prime hours. Almost didn't get to shower before my concert after a long drive. Not cool. Lastly, my card has been charged 4 times now for $1 Hilton Foundation fund. I have turned my card off now that I've gotten my $100 back because I'm not letting y'all take any more of my money. I will not be staying here again. Shoutout to the housekeeping team, though."
