Callaway Gardens Country Store

"Shame. Poor service just ruins the experience. The food wasn't bad, considering this a version of that Cracker Bucket place that is owned by Callaway Gardens. Maybe it's the captured audience, since there are very few restaurants beyond the park. Being ignored for an hour sitting at the table nearest to the kitchen with 4 small kids clearly took some talent of the staff to calimy walk by and pretend like we were invisible. Once we spoke to the manager (maybe her position is a De-escalation Specialist?) We actually got served. Then the food arrived and it was stunning. I wish I had a tape measure because the food I received didn't do a kids meal justice. It actually made me laugh, and I'm good with that. I paid $16 for the smallest chicken fried steak in the world. It was a work of art. Patronize the local restaurants not owned by the park. Park management has gotten lazy and greedy. And yes, that was a salad fork on my plate."

"We had a wonderful experience! Our waitress Caitlin was so sweet & attentive. Our food came fast & was yummy. She checked on us a few times, ensuring everything was okay & drinks were full. We were sat right next to the window, with a gorgeous view. The gift shop was adorable and the cashier was so friendly. Overall, I am so glad we stopped!"
