"If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a washer and dryer from Samsung and paid for installation and the stacking kit. They delivered it a week later, I showed them the space where it would go and that the dryer needed to be stacked on top of the washer with the stacking kit they had brought with them and I had paid for. They said no problem, I let them do their thing while I watched my kids and when they said it was done They asked me to come take a look. It was not stacked and I told them it wasn’t acceptable, they said they couldn’t do it and I would have to call Samsung to schedule another team to come out and do it. I did another week out and I waited for them to come at the time provided and no one showed up. I called they said they had come but I wasn’t there which was a complete lie. The agent assured me they would make it right and someone would be the very next day to do it. Again no one showed up. I called and was told I would need to schedule another appointment which I declined. I had to call Samsung again and got a refund of the Installation fee I had paid and will now have to find someone else to come stack them. Absolutely, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I can only hope Samsung cancels their contract with this mess of a company."

"Absolute garbage customer service and bad shipping. My shipment kept getting pushed back more and more and when I got it it was badly broken. I filed a claim and 2 months later I got an email back about them needing something(still not sure what) so I asked what it was and instead of an answer I got my claim declined. So they said they’d look at the claim again if I showed them the paper they need( still don’t know what they want) so I asked again and nothing back. Not only did I get a damaged product because of their shipping but I never got any answers, everything was delayed and I’m out $649"

"Promised to deliver on 3 different days. 1st one-never arrived. When contacted I was told driver didn't finish route but they didn't know why. 2nd day - driver called said they were on way-never arrived. When I called I was told that they discovered I had another delivery coming next week(something I had told them 3 times) and they would bring both next week. 3rd time- driver called and said both of my deliveries damaged and he was returning them to the warehouse. Please deliver me from this XPO hell!"
