"Bought a Dremel tool product at another Lowe’s location and went to return it at the Burlington location . I then went to customer service they told me they couldn’t find my receipt using my phone number, they didn’t know how they said. Then told me they didn’t sell that product. I went and found the product on their shelf and tried to exchange after I showed them a receipt I found on my Lowe’s app. They then told me I’d need to go back to the Lowe’s I bought it from because it’s “their loss not ours”. I read on the official lowes website that returns can be made at any location nationwide. I was going to be spending more money but it’s clear to me they don’t know their own policy, systems, or inventory. Definitely won’t waste my time going there again."
"They don't get paid enough to care. That's clear. I called about an item before I drove to Lowes and the person on the phone made up answers and wasted my time on a trip to Lowes."
"Took over 20 minutes to find someone who works there to get help finding something, and when I found them, they had no idea what I was even talking about. I'll keep shopping at the home depot from now on. Another customer had been looking for something for over a half hour before I even got there. Wasn't able to receive help and left. Used to be a good place to get what you need."
