"The digital coupons didn't work even though the cashier checked to make sure they weren't excluded which was a bummer but it happens. Then the cashier goes to get the managers assistance and she comes over with an awful attitude and says "Whats the problem?" in a tone that just told me that I knew that I was a bother just for asking for assistance. She then rudely explains that if it doesn't work that it doesn't work and they can't make it work even if it should. Which is fine. That was not the problem. Her attitude was. The system does need to work correctly for customers though. It shouldn't be advertised that it works if it doesn't."
