"I really miss the manager girl who used to work there, she would make a girl feel special and help coordinate whole outfits and gas you up making you feel good about yourself. She helped and remembered each person that walked into the store. I have not seen her for awhile and when I asked about her I got a snooty reply about her not working there anymore. But now I can walk in and they wont even say hello just stare at you, and I have asked if they had an item they wouldn't even check just said if its not on the shelf we don't have it. I've tried to give it a chance 3 or 4 times at this point but I don't think I'm going back. maurices has always been the store I go to for self care but the children they have now are completely rude and unhelpful. Please bring that manager back because she made the store a great experience."

"This was my first time ever in a Maurices. Lindsey gave me A++++ service and made me feel as if I was shopping in a boutique. I have to replace my wardrobe and she helped offer lots of suggestions to me and my daughter (to include looking online). She is very knowledgeable and I watched her with other customers and she made us each feel like we were the only ones shopping. I love it...it's worth my hour drive!!! (Just know you have to go into the "mall")"
