"I’ve came here plenty of times to buy and sell and haven’t had a bad experience until today. I went in with a bassinet I had bought from them and used for 2 months to turn it in and spend more money with them. The lady I talked to first politely asked if I would go home and wash it as it had a few stains but that they would love to buy it from me and I said I wouldn’t mind washing it. I went home washed it and drove back to the store. I different lady took it and said she would have my order ready shortly. I got the text message and when I got to the counter she said “we’re going to pass sorry”. Why would one person say they would love it and another turn around and decline? Really disappointed I had to drive here twice to get told what I did and there aren’t any stains since being washed."
"I’ve purchased a lot of items from them over the last two years, but the larger I go in sizes the less they have. Currently 24months is extremely slim pickings. With that being said, I bring in items to resell towards my new sizing. After the 2nd time of reselling I’ve made sure all clothes I bring in are in style, no stains, and no pilling. Yet 90% of my items weren’t bought. I’ve even brought in strollers/larger items and been told they weren’t up to standard. I’ve “donated” clothes I didn’t take back and found them on the rack a few days later for sale. Some items are also extremely over priced. They had a used 10 year old jacket for $40…. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s franchise or what’s going on but I plan on shopping else where."
"Love this store! I have three boys and I know I can come in and always leave with what I need at reasonable prices. The staff is always smiling and always so helpful. It is color coordinated and is separated by size."
"The staff is always very friendly & helpful. They have a wide variety of options & sizes. My favorite place to not only shop, but get rid of my daughter’s old stuff. My only complaint is they can’t take Gerber items."
