"The young man who was working in Deltas B19-26 terminals this morning 11-14-18 was very professional and helpful to me and the rest of the folk who stayed overnight in the airport( due to Delta Delayed plane). He made sure we had blankets and pillows. He told us which area in the terminal was already cleaned and ok to lay down at. His interaction with the customer was on point. You can also tell that he took pride in work as well. Sooo Kudos to him..."
"While using the restroom in the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport, upon finishing I noticed a lady standing watching in between the cracks of my stall. She was not waiting to use the restroom she was the cleaning staff. I stayed in the stall longer to see if she would ever move, I even made eye contact with her. She did not move, she kept looking in at me. She didn't realize I could see her, I then opened up the stall door to ask her if she needed to get in the stall and she said no. I said ok well Im watching you just standing and looking through the cracks of the stall and im not sure why. She said "aint nobody looking at you little girl" and went on to speak unprofessionally. This occured 8/6/17 at the womens restaurant near D24 at 5:20pm. True invasion of privacy and very inappropriate."
