"Coldest morning of the season and of course my lower HVAC unit decides it doesn’t want to put out all the heat I need. I called Climatrol Air and was greeted by a very nice lady who much to my surprise made me an appointment for that afternoon. Doug arrived right on time and proceeded to diagnose my problem. My unit was 20 years old and the fix would be about $1000. I asked him for an estimate to replace the entire unit. It was within my budget so the install team showed up the next morning on now the new coldest day of the season and installed my new unit. They were meticulous and did a great job. Had some problem with the new Ecobee they installed but were out the next day to do some new adjustments and now everything is great. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great product at a reasonable cost. Now if I can just get 20 years out of this unit."

"Climatrol came through for us on one of the coldest days. Our old unit was 20 plus years old. Not working well and freezing up on us. We had them install a brand new carrier unit. Super quiet and efficient. The upgraded filter we purchased allows way more air to move through which heats and cools the house faster. All the while cleaning the air better than the old filters. The state of the art thermostat is awesome as well. The technicians were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even though half of them were stupid questions they never made me feel like it. I appreciate that guys. Now I have bragging rights on my street. Carrier is the rolls Royce of AC units. Climatrol is the only company I’ll use in the future."

They were professional, prompt, communicative and navigated the tricky attic installation with great skill. "Wow! We were totally impressed with Climatrol Air! Working with Doug was an absolute breeze. He and his crew made this system change over seamless. They installed for us a Carrier Infinity Inverter 24 SEER2 Heat Pump System. On change out day, his technicians arrived on time, were so polite, and even put down a drop cloth in the basement hallway so they didn't track in any dirt or leaves from outside. (I thought that was so nice.) I was working from home the entire time, in the next room, and they were all so well mannered and respectful. The job that Climatrol Air did was so neat, tidy, and very professional. No wonder they are highly recommended. We are loving our system new system! 5 Stars from us!"
