"NO BATHROOM! Major issue to young children, seniors, and people with health issues. This translates to loss of income for you. I would have spent much more time in the store if I didn't have to leave to find a bathroom. If I have to leave to get to a bathroom I'm not driving all the way back to finish my shopping experience. BAD BUSINESS DECISION. You're punishing the population that frequents your business most. I will miss shopping here when I vacation in Ellijay, this used to be a favorite . It doesn't matter what "reasons or excuses" you may have when a person needs to go. Business are struggling, I'm sure, after the pandemic, so you better be offering basic humane services to make shopping with you a better experience. If you want business to go back to normal, offer normal services. I know you had a bathroom before the pandemic, stop punishing your customers."
"Lady named kathy was checking us out and when she came up with our total we did not have enough money so we decides to leave some stuff. She started making a big deal of it and when she passed our stuff she threw it in the counter. This was the first time we had a bad experience, we come here pretty often and nothing like it had happened before."
"Wonderful store ! Prices are good .often much better than other thrift stores , The staff are amazing They treat you like family I miss seeing them now that my won has dialysis in jasper"
"Update: 9/30/22 They've had a major overhaul. It feels way more upscale, there are beautiful plants and the whole place feels really nice - but the prices are still super cheap. There is about 1/4 of the amount of stuff - which I'm bummed about - but it feels more open and breathable. My review is still the same, though: it's my favorite local thrift store!"
