"Great service, excellent quality and professionalism. Unit went out on a Friday night during a recent heat wave. Called at 10 pm and got a courteous, understanding and responsive service center rep. Damage of unit was extensive and Air Comfort escalated quickly to get us back on line. From the initial call speaking with the administrative professional to having our heat pump system replaced by the install crew…everyone was friendly and professional.
