"When we first moved here the realtor said Arrow was the only game in town, so that's who we went with. Big mistake! Seems like a simple request - call before you show up and start digging around so I can put on pants, wrangle our pets, clean up a bit, make for easy access to the bait stations - NOPE! They will NEVER call. They made a note to call before they come, years ago, but the note has forever gone unheeded. The note is basically useless except to reconfirm they have the note after they show up unannounced and we complain. We like to clean off/ uncover the bait stations because on numerous occasions techs would come through (**unannounced** despite the note) and dig a bunch of holes looking for them. One guy dug a bunch of extra holes and spit a big wad of chewing tobacco on the side of my house, apparently upset that he couldn't find the bait station (which we would've gladly uncovered IF YOU CALL AHEAD). Then another tech later said they shouldn't have to look or dig around because the bait stations are electronically tagged. (Maybe let the rest of the crew in on that little secret?) One year they came (**unannounced** OF COURSE) and failed to check all the stations, decided to add more for some reason (I guess to account for the "missing" ones?), and left a random station laying on my driveway. We asked the next technician to take it back, and he refused - said he'd call someone. They never showed up, so I buried that one myself next to my shed. I've never had such consistently bad service from any company. I've wanted to fire them from the start but kept giving them 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances. I'm done. Learn from my mistake. Stay away. I'm racing off to their nearest competitor. Update: During our LAST (paid) service, the technician left a little gift on our lawn! (Pic) You guys can't come through without leaving trash. Still fired."

"Very dissatisfied. I paid them for a year. they said they could take care of my pest problem. Complete failure there. In that year I had 3 different service techs one was really good props to him but the rest extremely lazy I have them on video spending all of 3-4 minutes in my house saying they treated the whole house. At this time I’m trying to reach out to corporate if anyone can help with that it would be very helpful. I have proof of what good employees they are paying. I live in jasper GA"
