"We called Dependable Plumbing after a particularly cold night when we woke up and found our water not running with a frozen pipe from our well house. Due to the cold snap all over the area, we felt lucky to get a quick return call and had Isaac and his brother (Jonah I believe) come out later that morning. The two gentlemen were very courteous and helpful, and were able to repair our burst pipe, and thaw the frozen section of our pipe that afternoon. We were concerned of not having water with cold temperatures forecasted for days, and honestly were unsure what we would have done with no working water for days with all our pets. Dependable Plumbing saved the day true to their name, and I am grateful to have a trustworthy plumber to call in the future."

"My husband and I called these guys out because we were having issues with our toilet clogging and we couldn't even wash clothes without water backing up onto our floor. They came out and supposedly fixed the problem. 3 days ago we started having the same issue again. After spending 1100 dollars the first time they came out, now they want another 1,000 dollars to fix it again. They claim they guarantee their work. Guy told my husband they only guarantee the first 24 hours of their work and that it's been a week. So we would have to pay a second time for the same issue we called them out for . I noticed what was said in the owners reply and it's far from the truth. First, they found Grease not Wax!!! Second, I'm allergic to Cinnamon! As in deathly allergic to cinnamon. Third, we were told it's grease backed up and looks like years worth of back up. Something the previous owner of my house played a part in as well. I am guilty at times of dumping grease down my drain. The owners grandson Ellijah I believe his name was quoted us another 1,000 dollars. On the day they came out my father in law, mother in law and myself spoke with their men. Every single one swore they guaranteed their work. Obviously not!!! You mean to tell me that 3 people who all heard the same thing are liars now? Sounds more like you're trying to cover your butt because of your nasty business practices. Which by most of the reviews I've seen you're obviously failing your customers at some point. Which should make you want to change your business practices. Yes, my husband did call his plumbing company that he has dealt with for over 8 years at his apartment complexes and they did charge us a small fee to which then my husband called and spoke to the owner of Dependable Plumbing explaining our issues with them. The owner agreed to pay half of our fee for the second company that came out but stated he would only do so if I gave a better review on Google. Next time your looking for a good, honest plumbing company, don't call these guys. Honest is not what you will get! Call Creative Plumbing Solutions. Both owner and his employees are honest and stand by their word. Makes me wonder how many other people you agreed to give money to for better Google reviews before you turned around and called them a liar."

"I had a plumbing issue with tree roots causing damage to a pipe in my cabin. Apparently, there was a separation in a pipe that needed repair. I was charged $3000 for 2 hours of work of 1-2 guys. No special equipment. I asked him for a detailed invoice of why it cost me $3000. I didn't dispute it but I wanted to know what I was paying for. I called 4 times and he kept telling me he was busy and will get it to me. I still haven't heard from him. So unless you want to be ripped off, don't call this guy."
