"Will literally never bring any of my animals to be groomer here ever again. I gave them a second chance after they charged me for a service they didn’t do with all of the excuses they could come up with. I took my dog in today and ashly has the audacity to have me pay pretty much full price, once again tell me she can’t groom my dog… and then makes the comment do I even brush here. Obviously I don’t neglect my dog but maybe then again I do by even taking them to this place to be groomed. The behavior of Ashly and the excuses are uncalled for. Will never recommend this business ever again"

"Dr. Thabes, Heather, Lori, Eric, and the rest of the team are some of the most caring people in town. 13 years ago, Dr. Thabes saved our family golden from bloat - and she is still alive to this day! This week, Dr. Thabes' judgement saved my hound from a bad situation. Wilson is a 2 year old hound mix with a ton of energy and we had a bad experience with our previous vet getting irritated with him during visits. Dr. Thabes and staff never fail to make both me and Wilson feel comfortable and cared for. This week, he was throwing up and it was recommended I bring him in to BPC. After being examined by Dr. Thabes, she personally called me to explain her recommendation of taking him to Capital Vet Specialists for an ultrasound. It turns out he had swallowed part of a tennis ball and they were able to get it out before needing to go to surgery. I fully trust Dr. Thabes' judgement and caution and I am so thankful for her staff and practice."

My dog Max is very excitable and usually people can't take his energy level but Bannerman Pet Care has no problem with handling him.
