"I called this afternoon as we had water damage to our condo. David was quick to call us back and shared a ton of valuable information with me. The condo association pulled in another company that has been urging us to sign a contract asap, but David reassured us that what is currently being done is appropriate and then shared what to expect and what to ask from this other company. He put our concerns above the concerns of just wanting us as a customer. I would highly recommend Servpro! They put the client FIRST!"

"To those considering Servpro of North Fulton, I'd like to share my recent experience to guide your decision. I trusted Servpro to address water damage in my home. While they might excel at direct remediation tasks, things became more complicated when they involved a third-party contractor. My advice? If you're considering Servpro, be cautious when it comes to allowing them to subcontract any portion of the work. Here's why: Lack of Clarity: Despite commencing remediation work, I was not informed about the need to involve a separate contractor, let alone the role Servpro would play in that equation. Communication Breakdown: After Servpro's recommendation of a contractor, I was left without any contact details. Throughout the process, my efforts to maintain clear lines of communication felt like navigating a maze without an exit. Delayed and Ineffective Solutions: While temporary fixes were applied (like a tarp for just one day), these efforts were short-lived, resulting in further water damage. Despite multiple efforts on my part to address the issue, including reaching out to their team and the adjuster, a timely and effective solution remained elusive. Health Matters: As a direct result of the delays and inadequate fixes, mold continues to persist, compromising the air quality in my home and potentially jeopardizing the health of my family. Closing Thoughts: I was also asked to sign terms and conditions before the job was complete, a move I found questionable considering the state of the remediation. The pictures below can account for how the job was left for over one month during our stormy weeks in July/August. In conclusion, while I cannot speak for every experience with Servpro, I'd urge future customers to be diligent. If contractors are to be involved, I recommend considering an alternative or being hands-on in managing the process to avoid potential pitfalls. The owner Rick Northen did offer to remediate the problem but this was too little too late, ServPro has kept insurance funds and I am now paying out of pocket together with my medical bills due to the mold. Note: This review is based on my personal experience and is shared to inform potential customers. Always conduct your own research and make informed choices."
