"I hate to say this but when you walk in this places smells of dog urine. They do a good job cleaning the dog but he comes home with a really bad smell to him. If they can keep the place clean and the dogs clean after washing it would be great"

"Third time having a CONFIRMED appointment schedule only to be told after arrival the appointment is not in their system. This is baffling since each appointment was confirmed with an email an confirmation #. Doctors don't show up consistently. Facility old and stinks. Don't bring your beloved ...bring a stray pet..it's a difference."

"Honestly it’s a cute little place but I can’t say it’s the cleanest. For the grooming, I took my two poodle boys for a simple bath. Dropped off at 8 am and didn’t get them until 3:30 when they said they close. I called a little Bit before 3:30 to check on them because I still didn’t receive any calls about them. They said they were still being dried and brushed out. When we picked them up, why were they still damp?? I dropped them at 8! They smelled great I will say that but I know that’s just cologne. Truth be told, I’m a professional dog groomer of 6 years and I just wanted my boys to experience a bath somewhere other than me. Seeing the other reviews, I see this is something they normally do."
