"My complaint is regarding my interaction with the pharmacist, Renae Ibanga. I submitted a refill for my prescription on September 21, 2023. The medication was on backorder. It is now October 4th. I reached out to my insurance who found the medication at a local pharmacy and facilitated the transfer from this CVS to their location. I went to the location and spoke with Renae. She stated the other pharmacy called her, but she was too busy to do the transfer. I explained I have not had the medicine in 2 weeks and my blood sugar was now in the 200’s. She stated, “I guess I can stop what I am doing to assist you”. The other pharmacy was on the line waiting, after calling twice. Renae picked up the line and started the process. Renae noticed the verbiage on the prescription stated 1mg daily and not weekly. She refused to transfer the medication to the other pharmacy. I had bought this medication twice with that verbiage from this location and it wasn’t an issue. Why NOW? So, its fine when I am giving you my dollars but not when you must send my prescription somewhere else? I will be removing ALL my prescriptions from this location and going to where my needs are valued."
